FIRST GAMES is New Zealand owned and operated and our aim is to finally make gaming affordable

FIRST GAMES was born when Stan Calif, an avid gamer, bought a PlayStation 3 and then realised he didn't have enough money to buy his first game. Stan saw the need for cheaper gaming prices in New Zealand. He took it upon himself to provide New Zealand gamers with inexpensive gaming products, while offering the excellent customer service and quality that he would expect for himself. And so FIRST GAMES was born.

We pride ourselves on supporting customers by providing them what they really want: unbelievable games at unbelievable prices. After all, we are gamers too - just like you.

FIRST GAMES recently battled for New Zealand gamers to bring Grand Theft Auto IV UNCUT into the country. While other gaming stores stood back and sold gamers a cut version at full price, we brought you the FULL version at a CUT price.

For us, this was always about principle. It did not matter whether the differences between the censored and uncensored versions were big or small, what mattered was that all New Zealanders should have the right to buy the game as it was originally intended.
