Returns
i) Defective or Wrong Goods
If you have received a product that is defective, or if you have received the wrong product, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please use contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange.ii) Damaged Goods
If you suspect your product was damaged during delivery do not throw away the parcel or other packaging of the product, as Courier Post will need to inspect it. Please contact us to organise the return of the product for inspection. We will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.iii) Change of Mind
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the product is returned within 7 days of purchase accompanied by a proof of purchase and in the original packaging with the manufacturer seal unbroken, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or exchange the product. In such cases a restocking fee may apply.iv) Restriction
As a result of New Zealand copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for software purchases (e.g. PC and console games) if the product is defective. This restriction does not affect your rights under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
v) How to Return a Product
Please use contact us page to arrange for the return of damaged, defective or wrong product delivered.
Warranty
If the product received is defective on arrival, please contact us within 3 days via our contact pages to arrange for a replacement, with proof of purchase. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund or store credit.
Delivery
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or any address which we deem to be suspicious. We ship our goods using CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods have not arrive in satisfactory condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address that is provided to us by you.

With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organisations doing business on the Internet. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you register as a member). FIRST GAMES Ltd uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.When you place an order FIRST GAMES Ltd will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, in order to process your order.

Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information
FIRST GAMES Ltd uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request
Security
FIRST GAMES Ltd uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order, at "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.

Disclaimer
Our games are parallel imported which means they will play perfectly in your NZ system and will always have English manuals and language, but may vary slightly from more expensive games sold in New Zealand.
