Q. How do I qualify for Free Overnight NZ Delivery?
A. If you place an order on
First Games Website, your order is already qualified for Free Overnight New
Zealand Delivery.
Q. Is there a minimum order value required to be qualified for Free
NZ Delivery?
A. No, there is no minimum order requirements. Anything on the website
will be delivered to any address in New Zealand for Free.
Q. Are there any additional charges for Rural Delivery (RD) in New
Zealand?
A. No, Rural Delivery in New Zealand is qualified for Free Delivery. However, It
may take up to 3 business days for Rural Delivery.
Q. Can I get my order delivered in Weekends or Public Holidays?
A. New Zealand Courier Post (http://www.courierpost.co.nz), our courier
company does not work on Sundays or Public Holidays. You can get your order
delivered by Saturday, however, there will be additional $4 charges to your
order.
Q. Is there extra charges for Saturday Delivery in NZ?
A. Yes, there will be $4 extra charges for Saturday Delivery.
Q. Does everything on FirstGames site qualify for Free NZ Delivery?
A. Yes, of course!
Q. Can I get Free Delivery outside the New Zealand?
A. No, sorry. We use New Zealand Post and Federal Express for delivery
address outside of New Zealand.
Q. Can I get Free NZ Delivery if I redeem a coupon code at the same
time?
A. Sure you can.
Delivery Time and Location
We aim to process each order the same day to ensure the delivery of the package next working day. Order placed in weekdays should be delivered next working days in North Island and next 48 hours for South Island. Rural Delivery may take up to 3 working days.
Tracking Your Package
If you were registered at the time you placed your order, you can see the status of your order in the Order History area. If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contained a tracking number for each product in your order. If you had multiple products in your order you may have received multiple tracking numbers. You can use these tracking numbers to see the delivery status of your products.
