How do I take advantage of FREE Overnight Shipping?
- 1. Place at least $35 worth of products in your Shopping Cart.
- 2. Proceed to checkout.
- 3. Ship your items to a single New Zealand address.
- 4. Pay for your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
The Free Overnight Shipping Restrictions:
- Applies only to orders with at least $35 of qualifying products, excluding gift-wrap charges at the FirstGames.co.nz website.
- Free Overnight Shipping is the next business day service and does not include Weekends or Public Holidays
- Applies to New Zealand delivery addresses.
- We use New Zealand Courier Post (http://www.courierpost.co.nz) for delivering your orders. They do not offer delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, Courier Post offers Saturday Delivery available for an additional $4 surcharge.
- Some special product, order, or handling fees may apply.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional codes applied.
- You will not receive FREE Overnight Shipping on your order if any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total order value below $35.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Overnight Shipping at any time.
What if the total value of order is Below $35:
- FirstGames.co.nz does not offer free overnight shipping on orders with a total value of less than $35. However, if you order two or more products that their combined value is $35 or more then your order is qualified for Free Overnight Shipping. If you wish to cancel or change any of the items in your order after your order is received by FirstGames, that may effect the eligibility of the Free Overnight Shipping.
- Shipping rates depend on the product(s) ordered and start from $4.99. Products not exceeding the size of a standard DVD case will incur a standard shipping fee of $4.99. Larger products will incur a higher shipping fee depending on product dimensions and weight.
- We reserve the right to change Overnight Shipping Charges at any time.
- New Zealand Courier Post (http://www.courierpost.co.nz), our shipping partner, offers Saturday Delivery Service for an additional fee of $4. Please note, this service is optional. However, if you are placing an order on Thursday or Friday and wish to receive the order by Saturday then Saturday Delivery Service Fee applies.
- Delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays can not be requested as Courier Post is closed for business on those days.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Saturday Delivery Service at any time.
FirstGames.co.nz gladly accepts orders from Australia. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order and the items of your order.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties in Australia. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, please visit the Australian Custom website.
We would like our Australian customers and customers shipping products to Australia to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the Australia. When ordering from FirstGames.co.nz, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the Australia. Orders that are shipped to Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the Australia. The recipient of an Australian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
FirstGames.co.nz offers overnight (next business day) delivery service on all Urban Delivery Addresses. Delivery to Rural Addresses may take additional 3 days for delivery. We do not charge an additional fee for Rural Delivery Addresses.
Our daily cut-off time is 3pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed before
3 pm
will be shipped on the same day subject to available stock and full
payment being received.
Overnight Delivery Service is for delivery from Monday to Friday and excluding the Public Holidays. We do not offer delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays, however, Saturday Delivery is available for additional $4 within New Zealand.
If your order is fulfilled, a tracking number for your order is already emailed to you. The tracking number is also available through Account page. Please login and note the tracking number and contact Courier Post if your delivery address is in New Zealand.

Australian Customers or Packages that are being shipped to Australia:
If you selected a traceable shipping method, you should have received an email containing the tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number for your order can be accessed through our Account page. Please login, note the tracking number and either visit or contact the shipping provider you selected when placing your order.

If your order does not arrive within 4 working days after being dispatched, it may be lost. All orders shipped using a trackable method will have tracking information available. Please check your tracking number emailed to you or access our Account page. Please also read the following information:
- Tracking information indicates the package has been
delivered: Please

neighbours. Packages are occasionally left with
neighbours, a
building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your
porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- No tracking information available: If you can not locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us. Please confirm the correct delivery address when writing to us about lost packages.
Received Damaged Products at the Time of Delivery:
If the package is received with physical damage, please keep the original box and contact Courier Post on 0800 COURIER (0800 268-7437) as soon as possible. Courier Post will require the package for inspection. A replacement or a refund will be provided subject to availability and Courier Post approval.
Australian Customers or Package Shipped to Australia:
Depending on the method of shipment you selected during the checkout process, the delivery date may vary. If the package is shipped via a trackable method, the tracking information is available through the website of the selected carrier. If the package is shipped via New Zealand Post Economy Service, please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. If the order has shipped and was not received for more than 15 business days, please contact us.
