Last day for shipping orders is:

• 22nd December for urban destinations
• 14th December for rural destinations

Processing of any orders received after these dates will commence from the 7th Jan 2020

How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?

  1. Place at least $50 worth of qualifying products in your Shopping Cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Ship your items to a single New Zealand address.
  4. Pay for your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

 

Free Shipping Conditions:

  • Applies only to orders with at least $50 of qualifying products, excluding gift-wrap charges place on the FirstGames.co.nz website.
  • Free Shipping is the next business day service and does not include Weekends or Public Holidays.
  • Applies to New Zealand urban delivery addresses only.
  • We normally use New Zealand Couriers for delivering your orders but may use other couriers at our discretion. They do not offer delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays. However, 'Saturday Delivery' may be available in some areas for an additional $4 surcharge.
  • Some special product, order, or handling fees may apply.
  • May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
  • You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total order value below $50.
  • Free Shipping (Next Business Day) is applicable to all metropolitan addresses. Delivery to Rural Addresses may take an additional 1-5 business days.
  • Our daily cut-off time is 3pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped on the same day subject to available stock and full payment being received. Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will be shipped for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed on Weekends or Public holidays will be processed on the next business day for despatch on the evening of that day
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

 

What if the total value of my order is Below $50?

    • FirstGames.co.nz does not offer free shipping on orders with a total value of less than $50. However, if you order two or more products that their combined value is $50 or more then your order is qualified for Free Shipping. If you wish to cancel or change any of the items in your order after your order is received by FirstGames, that may effect the eligibility of the Free Shipping.
    • Shipping rates depend on the product(s) ordered. Products not exceeding the size of a standard DVD case will incur a standard shipping fee (currently $4.49) Larger products will incur a higher shipping fee depending on product dimensions and weight and destination.

 

  • We reserve the right to change any Shipping Charges at any time.

 

 

Free Shipping: Get free shipping on orders of $50 or more (conditions apply).

Saturday Delivery: For an additional $4 charge you can have your packaged delivered to you on Saturday.

 

Delivery Estimates: Delivery is next business day anywhere in New Zealand if payment is cleared before 3pm. except Rural Delivery which may take an additional 4-5 days.

Tracking Your Package: Track your package using the provided tracking number via 'my account'.

Problem With Delivery of Your Package:  If your order is shipped and you did not receive it within 7 business days of shipping, please contact us.

 

All prices specified in this page are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST.

 

 

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

 

i) Defective or Wrong Goods
If you have received a product that is defective, or if you have received the wrong product, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please use contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange.

ii) Damaged Goods
If you suspect your product was damaged during delivery do not throw away the parcel or other packaging of the product, as the Courier may need to inspect it. Please contact us to organise the return of the product for inspection. We will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

iii) Change of Mind
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the product is returned within 7 days of purchase accompanied by a proof of purchase and in the original packaging with the manufacturer seal unbroken, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or exchange the product. In such cases a restocking fee may apply.

iv) Restriction
As a result of New Zealand copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for software purchases (e.g. PC and console games) if the product is defective. This restriction does not affect your rights under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

v) How to Return a Product
